Booking & Payment
A deposit of 30% of the total tour price is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to departure. For bookings made within 30 days of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee. Cancellations 15–29 days prior forfeit the 30% deposit. Cancellations within 14 days of departure are non-refundable. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that covers trip cancellation, medical emergencies, evacuation, and lost luggage before your departure. We can provide recommendations upon request.
Changes to Itinerary
While we make every effort to adhere to published itineraries, circumstances beyond our control (weather, local conditions, government restrictions, etc.) may require changes. We reserve the right to alter itineraries as necessary for the safety and enjoyment of travellers. No refund is due for such modifications.
Pricing
All prices are quoted in USD per person unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on twin/double room occupancy. Single supplement applies for solo travellers. We reserve the right to adjust prices in response to significant currency fluctuations or supplier changes; any such adjustment will be communicated to you immediately.
Visa & Entry Requirements
It is your responsibility to obtain the correct visas and meet all entry requirements for China and any other countries on your itinerary. We can provide supporting documentation for visa applications but cannot guarantee visa approval.
Traveller Conduct
We reserve the right to remove any traveller from a tour whose behaviour is disruptive or endangers the safety of other participants or our staff. No refund will be issued in such circumstances.
Liability
The Top China Tour acts as an agent for transport and accommodation providers. We are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from the acts or omissions of such providers, or from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government, or civil unrest.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation; if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
