Booking Questions
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months before your travel dates, especially for peak seasons (April–May and September–October). Tibet tours require additional permit processing time and should be booked 6–8 weeks ahead.
Can I change my itinerary after booking?
Minor adjustments (hotel preferences, add-on activities) can usually be accommodated up to 14 days before departure. Significant itinerary changes depend on availability and may affect pricing.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations 30+ days before departure: full refund minus $100 admin fee. 15–29 days: deposit forfeited. Less than 14 days: non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances.
Is a deposit required?
Yes — a 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking and secure your guide, hotels, and transport. The remaining 70% is due 30 days before your tour start date.
