Payment FAQs

How much deposit do I need to pay?+
We require a 30% deposit at the time of booking to secure your tour. The remaining 70% balance is due 45 days before your departure date.
Is my payment secure?+
Yes. All online card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways with 256-bit SSL encryption. We never store your full card details.
Can I pay in currencies other than USD?+
Our prices are quoted in US Dollars (USD). Bank wire transfers can be sent in any major currency β€” your bank will convert at the prevailing rate. Card payments are processed in USD.
What is your refund / cancellation policy?+
Cancellations made 45+ days before departure receive a full refund minus a $50 admin fee. 30–44 days: 70% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund. Full details are in our Terms & Conditions.
Are there any hidden fees?+
No. The price quoted includes all items listed in the inclusions section of your tour. There are no booking fees, no card surcharges and no surprise charges. PayPal payments incur a 3.5% processing fee which is clearly stated.
When will I receive my travel documents?+
Full travel documents β€” hotel vouchers, flight itinerary, guide contact and day-by-day itinerary β€” are emailed 7–14 days before your departure once full payment is received.
